  Click on the links below to download sample spread-sheet files. The files are in ".csv" format and should automatically open up with your spread-sheet program.
   Version 9 >> Past 500 fuel issues This is the past  fuel issues spreadsheet, with User name, Vehicle, Litres, Odo/Hours, Time and Date of each transaction.
   Version 9 >> Vehicle fuel use totals This is the total amount of fuel used by each vehicle since the totals were last reset to zero at the Smart-Fill unit.

Your fuel data can be downloaded from the SmartFill to your office pc via the following methods...

SD Memory card.

3G phone modem.

MEMORY KEY DATA TRANSFER...

The memory key system saves you having to carry a laptop to your bowser, and the high expense of running underground data cables between your office computer and your fuel bowser. It is ideal for multiple fuel dispensers, and for systems in remote locations. 

It is very simple to copy your fuel data from your fuel bowser to your office computer...

 Step 1.
To copy the data from the Smart-Fill unit at your bowser onto the memory key.
Unlock the SmartFill door and clip the memory key in as shown below.
Then wait until the system beeps and tells you to remove the key. 
That's all there is to it, the fuel data has now been copied to the memory key.

Step 2.    
Go to your computer and clip the memory button into the cable which connects to the USB or serial port on your pc.

Step 3. 
Start the Smart-Fill program.
The Smart-Fill program converts the data into csv type spreadsheets which open up in Microsoft excel.
You can choose to create maintenance reports as well.
