Your earlier model Smart-Fill can be upgraded. 

Smart-Fill memory capacity now increased to 3000 fuel transactions.

Easy to install and use pc software.

Download transactions from multiple SmartFill systems onto one SD card, and identify each system separately by filename. Combine the data files later if required.

Easily Backup your vehicle Keys and PIN numbers onto the memory card.

Enter your Keys and PIN numbers into your pc, and then copy them to the SmartFill.

Copy keys and PIN's between SmartFills, or from SmartFills back onto the pc.

Vehicle capacity increased to 2000 keys.

Driver PIN number capacity is increased to 2000 drivers.

No download cables are required, plus a USB to memory card adaptor is provided in case your pc does not have a memory card slot.

Earlier model SmartFill systems can be upgraded (consult your supplier for details). And Keys / Pin numbers from version 9.4 - 10.4 and 11.4 systems can be imported to the new system.

WHAT IS A Smart-Fill ?  
It is an electronic fuel management system, which is installed onto your fuel bowser, bulk fuel meter, or service truck etc.
It provides 24-hour security, and records all fuel taken. Your fuel usage data is later downloaded to your computer.
A Smart-Fill will substantially reduce the time taken to reconcile your fuel usage, reduce fuel theft, and help eliminate errors in your fuel recording. PLUS it will create theoretical tank balance reports and basic maintenance reports for you. It can monitor up to 8 fuel dispensers simultaneously.

WHAT IS A Smart-Dip ?  
Imagine being able to just send a text message to your fuel tank, and then getting a SMS reply with the tank dips, well you can ...
Smart-Dip is an electronic tank gauging system, which is installed onto your fuel (diesel) tank, with accuracy to within approx 30mm. It provides a visual indication on the Smart-Dip or Smart-Fill display, of how many Litres of fuel are in your tanks. If you have mobile phone coverage, the levels can be sent to any mobile phone via SMS on demand, or automatically sent to your mobile phone (or phones) at set time (or times) of day, every day. You can also dial into the system from your office pc. The system can be installed on its own, or combined with a Smart-Fill system. It can monitor up to 8 tanks.
